- I have forgotten the username and/or password?
Your username is the email id you used last time you registered your child. If you can remember the email you used , we can help you.Pls email us here. Or call at 773 895 3918.
If you remember the user id but have forgotten the password, that can be retrieved by clicking on “Did you forget your password?” on the log in page. Your password will be emailed to you.
- Safari shows error messages while I am trying to enroll.
- Can I pay by Check?
We are using the secure web payment platform, PayPal, to make the after school program manageable for the PTO. The efficiency of using PayPal far exceeds the cost, so we do not offer a discount for other payment methods. Please note that by using PayPal, we are not handling or storing your credit or debit card information in any way. All of your the information related to your credit card is 100% handled by PayPal. One of the most secure platforms on the internet. If you have a specific concern using PayPal and would like an exception, please contact email@example.com to discuss your situation independently.
- Will my username and information be stored?
YES! At the request of several parents and for your convenience, we added a new feature that stores your encrypted information. All you need to do is log in to the secure registration platform with your username and password, and all of your child's information will automatically pre-populate. Various measures have been taken to protect the data stored like a Secure server, SQL injection protected, URL injection protected and Data authentication.

At Sherwood, the after school program is run by volunteers. We do our best to create a safe, fun environment for kids to come together and develop together. How will I receive a refund for dropped classes?
If a class is cancelled or if you withdraw from a class within the enrollment period, you will be fully refunded on the same card that you used for payment.
POLICIES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATIONClass Placement/Cancelled Classes
Class is first come first served and classes need to be paid in full. If the minimum registration is not met, the class may be cancelled. If a class is cancelled due to failure to hit the minimum number of students required, you will receive a refund for the cost of the class. Every attempt will be made to run each class but in the event that the enrollment minimum for a class is not reached, we unfortunately have to cancel the class. You will be notified by Friday August 31, 2018 if a class is not running.
Drops and Refunds
A class may be dropped for a full refund before the registration close. Once registration closes, no refunds will be given. If a student's participation is terminated due to poor behavior, a refund will NOT be given.
Angel Fund is available for families who need assistance with tuition. Please contact Mr. Tiani or Grace directly for further information.
There will be a supervisor present for the duration of the classes. He/she will monitor the attendance in the classes.
If your child will not be at his/her after school enrichment class, please call the school office by 3:00 on that day to notify the supervisor of your child’s absence for that day. You must also notify your child’s classroom teacher so that he/she knows to send your child home and not to the enrichment class.
PTO Behavior Policy
The PTO reserves the right to terminate the participation of any student in the enrichment program for disruptive behavior, or if the PTO or program supervisors consider the continued participation of the student to interfere with or disrupt the ability of the staff to conduct or manage the activities of the program. Further, all students are reminded not to touch the personal belongings of the students and teachers whose classrooms they are using for enrichment. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the student being terminated from the program.
NEW DISCIPLINE POLICY
The new discipline policy will require that students with poor behavior during enrichment receive a written warning from the Sherwood enrichment supervisor for the first incident. Students will be dropped from class (without a refund) upon the second incident.
A refund will not be issued if a child's participation is terminated due to a behavior issue.
Food and Snacks
Enrichment classes at Sherwood are subject to the same food allergy rules as the school The PTO enrichment committee will not be involved in displinary issues with students. Discipline will be handled between the instructor, supervisor and parent(s).
